(1) Unshipped Should you change your mind after purchasing, please contact our customer service department immediately (within hours after payment). As long as the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and fully refund it.
(2) Shipped Customer is responsible for the shipping fee (original shipping & return shipping) and will be charged a restocking fee unless the original parcel is wrong, missing, defective, or damaged in shipping. In case you receive a wrong / partial product due to our mistake, please apply for RMA or contact our customer service department. We will be responsible for return shipping / re-delivery shipping. For the wrong product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund after receiving the return.
Tips:
If your order is sent to the domestic area, which is returned due to overdue collection or incorrect address, we will charge a restocking fee and a second re-delivery fee.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
